About the role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with our customers to ensure they get the most value from our platform, while contributing to the development of our CS function. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, deliver exceptional service, and work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing post-sales processes including customer onboarding, activation, and relationship management. You'll work alongside our operations, immigration and support teams to ensure customer success. You'll guide customers through their sponsorship journey, addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll also help track customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Management: Manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and platform adoption. Onboarding: Guide new customers through our onboarding process quickly and efficiently, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our platform. Account Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers throughout their journey. Process Implementation: Follow and help refine customer success processes to maintain service quality. Team Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, immigration advisors, support, operations, and sales teams to deliver seamless service.
