Associate Project Management - Research And Analytics in Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage market research projects from an operational standpoint
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully complete projects
• Manage project fieldwork and maintain records
• Handle vendor negotiations and onboarding for projects
• Finalize vendor costs and ensure closure of purchase orders (POs)
• Finalize client invoices in coordination with relevant teams
• Ensure timely completion and closure of projects
• Monitor fieldwork for both online and offline surveys
• Conduct test link checks, live link checks, and launch studies using DIY tools (Lucid, CINT, PureSpectrum, etc.)
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned and help other team members when needed
