Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Executive. The BOQ Executive will be responsible for preparing detailed bills of quantities, assisting in cost estimations, maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proficient in preparing, analyzing, and managing Bills of Quantities and related documentation
- Strong attention to detail with skills in data organization and cost estimation
- Ability to effectively communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Knowledge of project management tools and construction materials is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
