Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Specialist located in New Delhi, India. The individual will prepare, analyze, and review tender documents, cost estimations, material quantity take-offs, and budgets for various construction projects. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and financial efficiency throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, cost estimations, and budgets
- Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of construction standards, practices, and materials
- Project management and planning capabilities with attention to detail
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Good communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry or infrastructure projects is a plus
