ABOUT THE ROLEWorking with the Store Manager, you will inspire your team through a customer led approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, helping to drive sales and profit performance. You will also play a key role in the training and development of the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
