🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a Bootcamp Delivery Expert who can deliver high-impact live sessions in Corporate Law, Company Secretarial Practice, Governance, and Compliance.
The ideal candidate should combine strong practical experience (company incorporation, statutory filings, drafting, governance advisory) with the ability to teach, simplify complex legal concepts, and engage learners in a live classroom format.
This is a delivery-first role — not content writing, not backend operations — but structured live teaching with measurable learner outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- 🎥 Live Teaching & Delivery
- Conduct live online bootcamp sessions
Teach: Legal Topics
📚 Curriculum & Academic Quality
Deliver structured modules aligned with practical industry standards
Use real-life case studies and drafting exercises
👩🏫 Student Engagement
Drive classroom interaction and accountability
Track learner progress & completion
Maintain high session ratings and learner satisfaction
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
- LL.B or equivalent legal qualification preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in :
Teaching/Company incorporation, Statutory compliance, Board meeting documentation, Corporate drafting
- Prior teaching experience (Udemy / live classes / workshops) is a strong advantage

- Strong command over Companies Act & governance frameworks
- Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills

- Commercial & legal drafting expertise
- Confidence in handling live Q&A
- Strong English & Hindi communication
