JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MARKETING MANAGER Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Manager would be: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand and individual properties. • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website content, email campaigns, paid media, and social media. • Oversee content creation for promotional materials, menus, seasonal campaigns, and events. • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI. • Collaborate with property managers, chefs, and event coordinators to align marketing with operational goals. • Manage relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and third-party vendors. • Maintain brand consistency across all guest touchpoints. • Identify partnership opportunities, community outreach, and cross-promotional campaigns. • Manage marketing budgets and timelines efficiently. Qualifications as a Marketing Manager: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industry. • Proven success in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Strong grasp of digital tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and website CMS. • Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills. • Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual branding. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with restaurant openings or hotel campaigns. • Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior. • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
