Position Summary: Boombah Inc. is seeking a talented and trend-driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the Art Director, this role will be responsible for designing visually compelling athletic apparel, uniforms, and graphics across assigned product categories. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and a passion for sports fashion and emerging trends. This position plays a key role in bringing our apparel collections to life through innovative concepts, graphics, color stories, and production-ready artwork. Job Responsibilities: •Research and stay current on trends within assigned sports categories, including styles, typography, graphics, logos, colors, and emerging market influences. •Conceptualize and create innovative apparel graphics and garment designs that align with Boombah’ s brand identity and resonate with athletes and consumers. •Develop compelling visual presentations and production-ready artwork for uniforms, apparel, and related product lines. •Ensure graphics, color blocking, typography, patterns, and garment layouts create balanced, visually dynamic designs. •Interpret project objectives and design within established brand guidelines, timelines, and budget parameters. •Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure apparel development projects remain on schedule and meet production deadlines. •Prepare and maintain accurate, organized design files, templates, mockups, and prepress-ready artwork. •Edit and optimize images and graphics for web, eCommerce, and digital marketing initiatives. •Continuously identify opportunities to improve design workflows, efficiency, and quality standards. •Support additional creative and production-related projects as assigned. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field required •Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or digital production within an in-house creative team or agency environment. •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on a Mac platform. •Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and decoration techniques including sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, sewing, fabrics, and trims, preferred. •Knowledge of current athletic apparel and design trends with the ability to translate concepts into commercially successful products. •Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing polished, production-ready artwork and mockups. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Self-motivated team player with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of ownership. •Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
