- Working with volunteer participants:
Research Team
Report to the R & D Project Coordinator/Manager/Core team.
Work with other RA’s to complete monthly research goals set.
Attend monthly and quarterly meetings.
Assisting with conductance of qualitative and quantitative research.
Storytelling Team/ Storytellers
Helping with session plan formation with appropriate values that the children require in the specific library that the RA is assigned to.
Attend the storytelling sessions.
- Data collection and analysis:
Conducting tests as per protocol trained in.
Showing appropriate care and consideration of the children who have experienced trauma and the management.
Conducting quantitative assessments.
Conduct qualitative assessments.
Adhere to timelines and deadlines given.
- Development of the organization:
Be present during Bookwallah meetings.
Please Note
Since it is a part-time role there are no fixed timings. Timings akin to workload to be catered to (not more than 28 hours a month).
You may be required to travel for company projects anywhere within the assigned city.
Hours of work per week will be dependent on the deliverables associated with your position and can be estimated between 5-7 hours a week.
