Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting records and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, invoice management, data entry, and office administration, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
Record daily transactions, expenses, and receipts.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
Assist in GST/TDS documentation and compliance.
Track accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.
Support the accountant/auditor during audits and financial reporting.
Administrative Duties:
Handle office documentation and filing systems.
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required.
Support HR and management with routine administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GST filing and basic taxation.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
Strong communication skills in English.
