Role Description The Bookkeeper role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kaman, Rajasthan. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including posting journal entries, updating ledgers, and reconciling accounts on a regular basis. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, tracking payables and receivables, handling banking transactions, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The role also involves working with accounting software to record transactions, generate reports, and support internal and external audits. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely, compliant, and transparent financial documentation that supports business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Bookkeeping and Finance to manage daily records, cash flow, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements to support reporting and compliance.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Accounting Software to record transactions and generate financial reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in Journal Entries (Accounting) to accurately post and classify business transactions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce are preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Kaman, communicate clearly with internal teams, and maintain confidentiality of financial information is required.
- Prior experience in agriculture, poultry, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
