Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper at Imperial Exhibits. The Bookkeeper will manage financial records, maintain accurate books, handle account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist in generating financial statements. The role involves collaboration with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate records and financial transactions
- Experience with Accounting Software and generating Financial Statements
- Strong knowledge of Finance and preparing and recording Journal Entries
- Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
