Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, and assisting in financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include data entry, reconciling accounts, tracking expenses, and managing ledger accounts. The role involves working with accounting software, preparing journal entries, and supporting financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping and managing Financial Statements
- Experience with Accounting Software and conducting Journal Entries
- Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare financial management is a plus
