Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist. The Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and manage journal entries. They will use accounting software to ensure efficient financial processes and support overall finance operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and maintaining Financial Statements with 3 to 4 years of experience.
- Experience with Accounting Software and general Finance management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Focus, or other ERP systems)
