Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound calls and emails to manage hotel and resort reservations.
- Confirm bookings and ensure accurate reservation details.
- Send reservation confirmations to guests via email.
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure smooth guest check-ins.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.
- Ensure a seamless booking experience from initial enquiry to final confirmation.
