Seeking a Customer Service Executive for a Retail Brand in New Delhi!
Responsibilities
• Interact with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to understand their requirements
• Clearly explain Home Care services such as upholstery cleaning, nano coating, marble polishing, and surface protection film application
• Prepare service estimates and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional and consultative communication
• Ensure a seamless booking and service experience for clients from inquiry to completion
• Meet monthly booking and revenue targets for the division
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service-related queries with professionalism and
empathy
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service execution
• Conduct virtual consultations or physical visits to client homes when required
• Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B partners such as interior designers, design
studios, and furniture stores
• Conduct meetings or presentations with potential partners to introduce the Home Care services
• Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, estimates, and bookings
Job Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or sales roles (voice + chat
process preferred)
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain services and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Comfortable handling client conversations over calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer grievances professionally
• Willingness to conduct client meetings, video consultations, and occasional home visits when
required
• Ability to stay organised, manage multiple conversations, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in luxury services, home services, hospitality, interiors, or lifestyle brands is a plus
