You will be a part of the Finance Partner Services track where we aim at creating a frictionless experience between our company and our partners in managing their finances. As Product Manager, within the Finance Partner Services track, you will be instrumental in developing a seamless financial management experience between our organization and its partners. Your primary responsibility will involve formulating and executing the strategy for partner-facing outbound communications for FinTech's Messaging as a Service (MaaS). Collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams will be imperative in establishing a robust outbound engine on the Booking.com platform. This initiative will aim to equip business and product teams with streamlined capabilities and technical stability necessary for their legal, financial, and compliance go-to-market strategies. Role Overview : Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the MaaS Outbound Engine to ensure alignment with the department and company strategy. Lead a portfolio of new product launches, technical migrations as well as product optimisations; Define the KPIs for your product, and be the ultimate responsible for its success; Leverage data analytics to track product performance, identify trends, and measure user adoption. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and make data-backed recommendations. Research and identify partner and stakeholder needs and effectively manage their expectations; Work closely with a cross-functional team and stakeholders across the business to build and operate your product; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams. Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders. Engage with other product leaders within Booking.com to define and drive the development priorities for your product. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: A track record for shipping large-scale, successful software products 4+ years of relevant experience managing products in a technical area. Ability to communicate optimally across all levels of the organization Strong stakeholder management and agile prioritization skills Proficiency in product discovery and product delivery techniques; Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and a basic technical understanding of how large-scale systems are built; Fintech experience is a plus.
