Job Description - IT Onsite Contractor Booking Holdings India COE Asset provisioning and inventory data management: Provision laptops, peripherals and accessories for all employees. New hires. Exchanges. Loaners. Test devices. Maintain up-to-date and always current inventory of hardware assets on ServiceNow and Jira Service Desk. COE technical support activities: Successful on-boarding of new hires with laptops and peripherals. Support onsite audio video issues, meeting room checks, events readiness Take care of required L1 interactions with the Priceline IT support team. Follow up on user issues when needed, interact with users and support teams to ensure clarity and timely resolution. Ensure support process adherence. Other activities, as needed: IT activities for the new site: inventorying, product checks, UAT Interact with vendors for device repairs, onsite maintenance, corrections etc. General: 100% onsite work. Work timings: general shift. 9.30am to 6.30pm.
