The role
A brilliant opportunity at entry level within digital marketing for our boohoo brand. You will support the delivery of the retention and acquisition strategy across CRM channels. Creating best in class, innovative campaigns across CRM channels. As CRM assistant, your responsibilities will include, support and execution of the customer content plan across CRM channels, ensuring it always meets customer and commercial needs.
What you'll be doing
Write copy for our channel campaigns (email marketing, app push notification and SMS).
Set up channel campaigns within our top tier platform
Coordinating with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely.
Creating innovative and engaging content; driving customer acquisition, retention and reactivation. Pushing boundaries and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
Reviewing of performance and optimising campaigns
