As the Sr. Financial Analyst you will contribute to shaping the financial strategy of the company through rigorous analysis and forecasting. This role requires a self-starter with a strong analytical background who can provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support business growth and profitability. The Sr. Financial Analyst reports directly to the
CFO and working alongside a cutting-edge data analytics team, you will learn from a team of seasoned Finance professionals and have the opportunity to help shape the outcomes of a rapidly growing business with sales that will exceed $200M this year.
Key Responsibilites
- Analyze actual results highlighting key variances to plan, trends, and areas of opportunity or concern, in managing our brand level P&Ls. Requires regular business unit leader interface.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and how their performance impacts our financial performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to business partners and senior leadership, communicating complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop, maintain and optimize sophisticated financial models to support decision-making, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-term financial planning.
- Work closely with the VP, Finance, in preparing all internal management reporting, parent company month-end reporting and Board of Advisors presentations.
- Direct input and partnership with Commercial business unit leaders and Operations in maintaining proper inventory demand planning within a standing monthly cadence
- Primary support along with the VP, Finance, in driving the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes, partnering with business unit leaders and the Finance Team to develop appropriate templates, processes & procedures.
- Participate in and contribute to cross-functional business integration and optimization projects with key focus on improving unit economics as well as profitable growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the FP&A function.
What Success Looks Like In The Role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams beyond finance, such as marketing, sales and operations.
- Providing thought leadership & contributing to shaping outcomes vs. simply reporting results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a track record of driving strategic insights and business results.
- Experience analyzing a subscription-based eCommerce business is preferred; experience in an omnichannel environment (including Retail) is a plus.
- Experience in managing and report-building within financial planning systems such as Cosmos and Hyperion is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Detail oriented with a foundational understanding of financial statements.
- Proximity to the Bonafide Health offices in Harrison, NY (NYC metro) area for periodic visits to the office as needed.

National Target Base Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $195,000.00
The salary range for this position is based on national standards.
For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $127,000.00 - $217,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
