About the role
As a Senior Data Analyst in the Business Analytics & Commercial (Delivery) team, you will work closely with our Delivery business unit to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Your analytical skills and deep understanding of data will be crucial in uncovering key trends, identifying opportunities, and informing product roadmaps.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data models that provide end-to-end visibility into Bolt's Delivery business
- Analyze data from various sources to uncover insights and present them in a clear and actionable way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Drive data-driven initiatives to optimize key performance indicators and business metrics
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance our capabilities
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts and experience in building reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present insights to stakeholders
- Passion for working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and driving data-driven decision-making
- Experience in the delivery/logistics industry or e-commerce is a plus
