About the role

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join Bolt’s Food & Groceries delivery vertical in Tallinn, our headquarters. In this role you will set and execute the strategy of the Logistics domain, a domain responsible for the entire aspect of last mile delivery. Logistics is a key actor of success in our platform delivery marketplace. You will have full ownership of the domain’s product strategy, roadmap and development priorities while managing a cross-functional team of product managers, product analysts, data scientists and engineers to ideate, build, measure and ship solutions that will enable the growth and profitability of the vertical. About The Role

As a Group Product Manager, you will set and execute the strategy for your group of domains. You will take complete ownership and be responsible for its success. Work directly with a strong development team to ship solutions for different markets and collaborate with other product teams to support company wide initiatives. You'll have a hands-on role in shaping how transportation evolves in cities around the world

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Leadership & Management: You will coach and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the team to innovate and excel.
  • User-Centric Approach: Act as a champion of courier needs, using data, behavioral insights, and user research to guide product decisions.
  • Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and communicate the overarching roadmap for the courier app and related platforms (courier portal, fleet portal, etc.), ensuring alignment with company goals and balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including operations, engineering, design, marketing, and local teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
  • Team Empowerment: Support your teams in decomposing complex problems into actionable plans, making trade-offs, and delivering impactful solutions on time.
  • Experience Expertise: Serve as a user experience guru, advocating for best practices in design and usability to create intuitive and delightful customer journeys.


About you:

  • Experience: 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years in a leadership role managing multiple product teams. Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments is preferred.
  • User Experience Expertise: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional app experiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to drive impactful decisions.
  • Stakeholder Savvy: Exceptional skills in managing and influencing opinionated and cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable leveraging analytics, user research, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences. Fluent in verbal and written English.
