Data Analyst, Marketing

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Global Marketing team at Bolt. You'll play a critical role in shaping our marketing strategy, helping us decide where and how we focus our time, creativity, and investments across dozens of markets. If you're passionate about data analysis, A/B testing, and using data to drive real-world impact, this role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and challenging problems in growth marketing. As a Data Analyst in the Global Marketing team, you'll be responsible for making sure we're making the best decisions. You'll work closely with our teams to measure the impact of millions of euros spent on advertising & brand campaigns, to identify the marketing communications that have the highest performance, and to recommend to our global and local teams serving the 30+ countries the best ways to spend their time and budgets. In your job, you'll be working closely with our marketing and business management teams as well as our industry partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
