Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Organization: Boise City/Ada County Housing Authorities (BCACHA)
Type: Full-Time, 10-hour shifts from Monday – Thursday
Location: 1001 S. Orchard St., Boise, Idaho 83705
Salary: $19.46/hour

Join the team at Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities, dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to local residents. We oversee a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, multiplexes, and single-family homes. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set to address various maintenance needs and a willingness to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures,
systems, and equipment.
• Meet daily for clear assignments and direction.
• Foster team effort within an environment of independence and self-sufficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in maintenance-related tasks.
• Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering, and general cleaning.
• Ability to work on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
