REMOTE: Boeing GT-FLT Mentorship Program - Student Mentee

The Boeing Company has been running the Forming Leaders in Technology (FLT) mentorship program for Georgia Tech students since 2020. The main goal of FLT is to help Tech students learn about Boeing, develop professional skills, and be better prepared to land a job. Each student will be partnered with a Boeing employee for approximately four months in a mentorship experience tailored to their individual goals. This includes resume writing, working on ­­30-second elevator pitches, mock intervi­­­ews, and much more. Students will also have access to a wide network of Boeing mentors as well as sessions with Boeing managers and executives.
