The Boeing Company is seeking a Brand Activation Associate in the Puget Sound area.

The Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) team leads experiential marketing and communications efforts as part of The Boeing Communications function. As a strategic business operation, BBE operates within a P&L model while prioritizing brand engagement and activation. The primary mission for BBE is to amplify Boeing’s global brand amongst the flying public, local communities, customers and employees. We deliver high-quality, Boeing branded experiences and merchandise through our various channels around the world, in-person and digitally. These channels include; Boeing Future of Flight, Physical and E-Commerce Retail, Internal Custom Merchandise, The Boeing Recognition Program, Wholesale and Consumer Products and Image Licensing. We are brand ambassadors and influencers that have a passion for building and delivering a premium customer experience.

Boeing has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Activations Associate with our Travel and Events Team. We create an in-person connections with customers and stakeholders through Pop-up Shops and Events throughout the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily store operations, visual merchandising displays & marketing elements, and meeting or exceeding sales goals, all while delivering excellent customer service.

This position allows the candidates to be based in one of the following: Renton, WA; Seattle, WA, or Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities

  • The position requires extensive travel within the United States and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to connect with and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment
  • Assists with the setup and breakdown at our Pop-up shops and events.
  • Assists with processing freight and completing markdowns.
  • Support store and company level strategies to reduce shrink; observe and monitor for signs of shrink and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Partner with Brand Activation Lead and Brand Activation Coordinator to execute strategic action plans to meet or exceed goals.
  • Understand and adhere to visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations and ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time
  • Maintain and support safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; communicate safety concerns to the travel store lead


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • High school diploma or higher
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale platforms
  • Ability to safely lift boxes to 35 lbs. Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with only short rest breaks; ability to reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, as needed


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Counterpoint POS experience
  • Previous military or commercial experience in quality and/or operations leadership position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)


Typical Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
