Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bodyshop Manager located in Surat. The Bodyshop Manager will oversee the operations of the bodyshop, including coordinating repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing aftersales processes. The role involves maintaining high-quality service standards, optimizing workshop efficiency, and fostering effective communication among team members and with customers. The manager is expected to lead the team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in managing workshops and body shops with a focus on operational efficiency and quality
- A strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Experience in aftersales management and ensuring smooth post-service processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and customers effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in automotive service centers or body shop management is advantageous
- Proficiency in tools and techniques for operational optimization in the automotive industry
