Senior Learning Specialist

The Senior Learning Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning programs to support the growth and development of our employees. This role will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that align with the organization's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:- Conducting needs assessments and analyzing learning requirements to develop targeted training solutions- Creating instructional design, facilitator guides, participant materials, and other resources for a variety of learning modalities- Delivering interactive and engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making data-driven improvements- Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in corporate learning and development
