</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></div><div>We are hiring a <strong>results-oriented Sales Associate</strong> responsible for driving new membership revenue and studio growth.</div><div>Approximately 90% of this position is dedicated to:</div><ul>
<li>Lead follow-up</li>
<li>Booking first visits</li>
<li>Conducting studio tours</li>
<li>Handling objections</li>
<li>Closing memberships</li>
<li>Following up consistently until a decision is made</li>
</ul><div>Front desk support (checking members in, maintaining studio flow) represents approximately 10% of the role.<br>We are looking for someone with a proven background in closing sales and confidence discussing pricing.<br>If you are uncomfortable asking for the sale, avoiding follow-up, or discouraged by objections — this is not the right role.<br>This position reports to the Studio Manager.</div><div>
<br><strong>Hours</strong><br>This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week (15-20 hours a week) on a set schedule to be determined at time of hiring.<br><br>

<li>Contacting new leads within minutes of inquiry</li>
<li>Conducting consultative studio tours</li>
<li>Identifying emotional buying drivers</li>
<li>Overcoming objections with professionalism and confidence</li>
<li>Closing memberships on the spot</li>
<li>Maintaining structured follow-up until a clear decision is made</li>
<li>Tracking personal conversion metrics</li>
<li>Hitting daily and weekly sales goals</li>
<li>Representing BODYBAR in the community</li>
<li>Creating a high-energy, welcoming studio experience</li>
</ul><div><strong>What It Takes to Succeed Here</strong></div><ul>
<li>Proven Consultative Sales experience REQUIRED (fitness, chiropractor, health & wellness)</li>
<li>Comfortable discussing money and asking for commitment</li>
<li>Competitive and motivated by performance</li>
<li>Emotionally resilient and not discouraged by “no”</li>
<li>Coachable and open to feedback</li>
<li>Organized and disciplined with follow-up</li>
<li>Strong phone presence and in-person confidence</li>
<li>Passion for fitness and wellness</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Some college preferred</li>
