</div><div><br></div><div><strong><br>Who We’re Looking For</strong></div><div>As our Studio Manager, you’ll lead with passion and purpose to drive membership growth, manage daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional experience. You’ll embody the BODYBAR brand in and out of the studio, creating a sense of community. A proven leader with sales and management experience, a love for wellness, and the ability to inspire others, are key in this role.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Drive studio growth</strong> by leading the BODYBAR sales process, achieving monthly revenue goals, and preserving membership value through consistent engagement and retention efforts.<br><br>

<strong>Lead with purpose</strong> by recruiting, training, and coaching a motivated sales team that thrives on connection, performance, and accountability.<br><br>

<strong>Foster local community relationships</strong> through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and networking events that amplify our presence and bring new faces through the door.<br><br>

<strong>Create meaningful member experiences</strong> by building authentic relationships, supporting member goals, and encouraging referrals through a personal touch.<br><br>

<strong>Maintain a polished and welcoming studio environment</strong> by upholding BODYBAR standards in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.<br><br>

<strong>Oversee retail operations</strong> by coordinating with vendors to ensure products are fully stocked, well-merchandised, and aligned with the BODYBAR aesthetic.<br><br>

<strong>Stay organized behind the scenes</strong> by managing administrative systems, inventory, and studio supplies with efficiency and care.<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></div><ul>
<li>2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.</li>
<li>5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.</li>
<li>Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.</li>
<li>Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digitally.</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Professional, reliable, and punctual.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.</li>
<li>Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.</li>
