<strong><em>Who We’re Looking For<br></em></strong><br>
</div><div>The Fitness Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional BODYBAR studio experience. You’ll lead with energy, expertise, and a deep understanding of the BODYBAR Method to drive programing, elevate instructor performance, and foster a strong studio community. This role is perfect for a seasoned group fitness leader who thrives on connection, and creating a space where both members and instructors can grow.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Deliver powerful class experiences</strong> by teaching approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes each week, bringing energy, consistency, and community to every session.<br><br>

<strong>Lead with a service-first mindset</strong> by creating standout member experiences rooted in professionalism, positivity, and connection.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Build a high-performing instructor team</strong> by recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting talent to ensure top-tier, consistent class delivery.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Collaborate on studio growth</strong> by partnering with leadership to drive sales, foster local partnerships, and lead outreach efforts that grow the BODYBAR community.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Own the class schedule</strong> by strategically building and managing the lineup to meet client demand, support instructors, and maximize engagement.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Drive performance through data</strong> by tracking key metrics and using KPIs to inform decisions and continuously elevate studio operations.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Oversee equipment readiness</strong> by managing maintenance needs, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or replacements to keep the studio running smoothly.<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Fuel a strong studio culture</strong> by actively engaging with members before, during, and after class to foster connection and build lasting community.</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must have one or more of the following: a degree in Exercise Science or related field, accredited personal training or group fitness certification, or a 500-hour Pilates certification</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role</li>
<li>Confident using Google Workspace and quick to learn new tech</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li>
<li>Strong communicator—both verbal and written</li>
<li>Community-minded and connection-driven</li>
<li>Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example</li>
