The Car Wash Manager is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational excellence of the car wash location. This role provides leadership to the Site Supervisor, sets performance expectations, and ensures consistent execution of company standards across people, sales, service, safety, and maintenance.

Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Site Supervisor and hourly team members
- Set clear expectations for performance, conduct, and customer service
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective actions when needed
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in the site
Operations Oversight:
- Ensure daily operations are executed consistently and efficiently
- Hold Site Supervisor accountable for staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness expectations
- Monitor cash handling, loss prevention, and operational controls
- Step in as needed to support operations during peak times or staffing gaps
Sales & Membership Performance:
- Own site-level KPIs, including revenue, memberships, labor, and customer satisfaction
- Coach Site Supervisor on up-selling, membership conversion, and customer engagement
- Analyze performance trends and implement action plans to improve results
- Ensure promotional programs and pricing strategies are executed correctly
Maintenance & Asset Protection:
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and inspection routines
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and ownership on repairs and capital needs
- Ensure equipment, tunnel, vacuums, and property are maintained to company standards
- Hold the Site Supervisor accountable for reporting issues and following maintenance protocols
Customer Experience & Brand Standards:
- Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain brand standards for appearance, signage, and site presentation
- Serve as a visible leader who models excellent service and professionalism
