Job Description: We are currently seeking a Boarding Gate Executive/Airport Ground Staff to join our team at the Jaipur airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers at the boarding gate and assist with the boarding process
• Ensure all passengers have valid boarding passes and travel documents
• Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns in a polite and efficient manner
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a timely departure
• Conduct security checks and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Handle any last-minute changes or updates to the flight schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized boarding gate area
• Provide information and directions to passengers as needed
• Handle any lost or delayed baggage claims
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances
• Knowledge of local languages and customs is a plus
