Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries to optimize guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, safety standards, and hospitality best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Relevant certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent are preferred
