Overview of Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Americas & APAC, you will be a member of the Americas Regional Marketing Team and work in close partnership with the Global Marketing, Commercial, and Partner Product Innovation & Development (PPID) teams to execute the consumer marketing strategy for the Americas across your core industries of Workwear and Performance Bracing. You will activate brand-relevant marketing plans across the BOA brand, drive consumer demand, and contribute to achieving our annual growth goals. This includes executing regional marketing initiatives, such as brand partner go-to-market launch plans, endemic media, retail marketing, athletes, events, etc. Core Responsibilities Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Marketing team and rest of the organization Execute against the Americas strategic marketing plan that drives the company’s trade and consumer strategies while establishing KPIs to measure impact and optimize performance Drive alignment and integration of brand, trade, and consumer marketing across the Americas Commercial and PPID teams Ensure consistent implementation of BOA's brand standards, ensuring appropriate voice and messaging are executed by Brand and Retail Partners in the marketplace Support and implement Brand Partnership Marketing programs that advance Commercial and Marketing goals, including brand standards, brand partner go-to-market activations, joint marketing, product launch calendar, etc. Lead retail education initiatives, including the development of training materials, facilitation of training, management of the Americas’ retail database, and point-of-purchase merchandising Execute endemic media campaigns, coinciding with key product launches and key BOA storytelling Partner with Marketing Manager to lead the BOA athlete program, including athlete management, content, and storytelling Execute a highly targeted BOA event program that drives brand awareness connected to athletes, brand partners, key products, and retail Partner with Content, Creative, PR and Digital teams to develop assets supporting key product launches and industry storytelling Manage Regional Marketing budgets, including contractual obligations and external relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study 3+ years of marketing experience, including program development, planning, and execution Proven ability to evaluate marketing programs against strategic objectives and performance metrics Comfort and experience in providing public presentations Demonstrated success in executing measurable marketing plans Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent writing skills, including the ability to communicate brand standards and inspire consumers Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast- paced environment Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse, global teams Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% Desired Qualifications Experience in similar or related industries to our segments (Workwear & Performance Bracing) Overview of Compensation and Benefits Budgeted salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role This role is also eligible for a 19% annual bonus Comprehensive healthcare plans including Medical, Dental and Vision All plans include subsidization from BOA, with one option 100% subsidized by BOA BOA also funds HSA accounts for enrolled employees 3 weeks PTO to start, paid family leave, sick leave, and volunteer time off Matching 401K retirement plan Annual cash benefits for fitness, wellness, and BOA products Eligibility for stock options within 6 months of employment Scholarship opportunities for further education Flexible working schedule that includes both days at home and days in the office when needed Learning and development opportunities Discounts on many outdoor gear brands Dog-friendly office Flexibility at BOA BOA is committed to the health and well-being of our employees, and to upholding our values which include caring for each other and for our community At BOA we support both flexibility and connectivity For the majority of the Denver team, a hybrid approach is taken with the option to use a mix of remote work, and in-office connection days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
