Vice President, OPS Business Technology Liaison I

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Business Technology Liaison I to join our Operations Change Team for the Liquidity and Financing Platform. This role is located in Chennai - TN, Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Be the lead digital tools developer for the Liquidity and Financing Platform. Develop complex digital tool solutions using Alteryx, UI and Baseline to automate manual process in the operations team. Lead projects from initiation to completion; this would include the initial strategic design to complete execution and then thereafter continuous improvement of any solutions. Help identify digital tools opportunities across the operations team. Support other Digital Tools users with complex queries as they develop new digital tools solutions. Provide production assistance for the existing digital tools that are deployed being able to quickly triage any issues and update workflows to ensure all tools are working successfully. Manage / Collaborate on deliverables with internal stakeholders such as Product, Technology, Digital Enablement Team, Risk, Compliance & more Leverage analysis and planning skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis pre and post implementation as well as project management, communication and stakeholder management Design testing approach and methodology, including use case creation or scripting, UAT environments and regression testing, utilizing automation tools Perform Operational Readiness; ensuring teams running the business are fully engaged, trained, and prepared whilst ensuring the successful adoption of any changes or new solutions Display key project governance methodologies incl. the user of Jira & Confluence to ensure delivery of projects and programmes is a controlled & effective manner. This person will be the lead developer of digital tools for operations to help us execute our digital tools strategy.
