Vice President, Front-End Engineer I

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Front End Developer to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is in Pune, MH– HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Designing and developing high-quality, responsive, and scalable UI components for BNY applications using Angular and other front-end technologies. Work independently and as part of a globally diverse team. Collaborate with the Product team to understand business requirements and achieve team goals. Developing and maintaining UI components that meet BNY's design standards and accessibility guidelines. Contributing to the development of new features and applications and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. 10+ years of experience in software development required – proficiency in Angular and Front-End UI Technologies. Proficiency in transforming wireframes into user interface solutions. Experience of working in UI tools & programming languages – Core JavaScript, Angular 16 or higher, TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks, CSS, HTML. Ability to effectively communicate and articulate design concepts and decisions. Able to learn new skills and perform tasks independently Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, Jira, Git, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
