We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis to join our Global Risk Solutions - Data and Analytics team. This role is located in Pune -MH Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Primarily responsibility to support client and engaging with commercial and service aspect of the client relationship. Interacts with client investment office within large institutional investors and key BNY Mellon stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction with BNY Mellon and willingness to subscribe to additional services. Interact with clients to resolve internal and external inquiries and requirements related to all aspects of institutional clients' use of a range of advanced services within Global Risk Solutions, including performance measurement, asset allocation, attribution, risk and other investment analysis. Manage and undertake initiatives and projects individually. Provide excellent client services and managing multiple stakeholders in the areas of client sales, on-boarding, migration and conversion Work across functional groups within BNY Mellon to understand other groups that support investment data, operational processes, and technical support to ensure client issues are resolved promptly. Coordinate across the company to research and resolve issues with data quality or complex technical issues. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Expertise in investment and risk analysis required and knowledge of how institutional investors use advanced investment analysis services within their investment program. Detailed understanding of interaction of investment data, vendor data sources and external investment manager administrators, consultants, or other service providers. Should knowledge of asset allocation, institutional investment, performance measurement, and risk return dynamics of client's portfolio. Should have good Financial Industry Knowledge, Financial concepts, performance attribution and should have solid understanding of using tools and query databases. Key Skill of Advanced Excel and Power point, additional skill of SQL and visualization tool Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Also requires ability to interact with detailed data or analysis questions as necessary and move from detailed to high level discussions flexibly depending upon the situation and the level of sophistication of the client contacts. Experience: 5 – 7 years of relevant experience Qualification: MBA, or Master's degree with certification like CFA, CIPM CAIA, FRM
