Senior Associate, Client Success

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Sr Associate, Client Success to join our Global Clearing Team. This role is located in New York City, NY. -Hybrid In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support clients on internal/external testing initiatives Create and monitor all BDC testing JIRAs Provide clients with training and demos for BDC Supporting monthly regression testing Support the account management team with client onboarding from testing through production To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred in Fed clearing and settlements Experience in an operational area and/or client services using the Broker Dealer Clearance (BDC) settlement system required.
