About the role

Lead a team of associates to support clients with their daily processing needs. Responsibilities include: Manage a team of associates to ensure client requests are processed accurately and timely. Serve as a subject matter expert to the team and provide guidance and training as needed. Identify process improvements and drive implementation to enhance client experience. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless client service. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in a team lead or managerial role. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in client service and operations. Strong technical skills and ability to provide hands-on support. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
