Payments Processing Analyst

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Payments Processing to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3-4 days per week in-office required). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: You'll have the ability to join a dynamic team who consistently challenges the norm and isn't satisfied with the status quo Works on special projects for the business Communicates with corporate clients to discuss low to moderate risk pay or no pay decisions and performs adjustments Performs workflow execution, assists other staff, quality control activities, and other operator duties as assigned Completes all reports as required accurately and on time Works within a highly collaborative, medium-sized team of Payments Processing professionals May be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions Responsible for the quality and completion of own work Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Experience in banking operations is preferred Microsoft Office experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent investigative and research capabilities, with an ability to present findings Experience in financial services operations preferred Passionate learner who seeks knowledge and asks questions AI motivated Enjoys working through complex issues, and thrives in a transformative environment Self-motivated and embodies a growth mindset
