We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Managing Counsel - Digital Assets to join our Data, Intellectual Property, Technology & Innovation Legal team. This role is located in New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, or Orlando, FL – Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: · Provide practical legal advice on the ideation, development and execution of new products for BNY's Digital Assets team and the Product & Innovation Hub. · Partner with Risk, Compliance and other Legal colleagues to define and advise on future-state digital asset services and initiatives. · Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements with clients and partners. · Keep abreast of industry, legal, and regulatory changes related to digital assets and make timely and incisive updates to a diverse audience. · Track and report on legal issues and project developments in a concise and impactful manner to stakeholders at multiple levels. · Participate in industry associations related to digital assets and other emerging technologies. · Advise on internal and external materials related to digital assets and other innovative products, including marketing materials, regulatory submissions and press releases.
