Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate results-oriented and go-getter attitude by setting and achieving high targets with strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Create product propositions for various projects and craft impactful 360-degree communication strategies across touchpoints
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Design and implement sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives
  • Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques or schemes
  • Drive sales planning, forecasting, and manage sales and customer service aggressively
  • Educate clients about market trends including rental returns and price appreciation
  • Scan the market to identify opportunities for business growth and implement growth plans
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities as team members represent BNM to customers
  • Show willingness to learn through site visits, client interactions, and internal discussions while being open to traveling to client meeting locations
  • Identify verified leads, deliver presentations, and close deals independently
  • Deliver positive customer experiences to a distinguished client base
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods, and results
  • Support the BD and sales team with pitch and review presentations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Manage the entire spectrum of sales for the company’s residential portfolio
