Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage HNI/NRI segments by tailoring property pitches that align with luxury or investment-focused portfolios
  • Create hyperlocal WhatsApp broadcast lists and nurture engagement through regular updates, festival greetings, and limited-period offers
  • Maintain builder and developer relations to stay updated with inventory changes, internal offers, and exclusive allotment quotas
  • Offer pre-booking consultation to help buyers choose the best unit mix, floor plans, or payment plans before official project launches
  • Verify and update project inventory sheets regularly to avoid miscommunication with clients and ensure real-time availability tracking
  • Track and analyze daily walk-in and inquiry data to identify visitor trends, feedback patterns, and conversion blockers
