Selected Intern’s Key Responsibilities Include

  • Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong rapport with developer sales teams and potential clients by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate property options.
  • Follow-up on leads: Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested prospects, share tailored project information, convert inquiries into site visits, and ensure smooth communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Client satisfaction & sales contribution: Focus on delivering exceptional client service while supporting the achievement of the company’s sales goals.
  • Market knowledge: Keep updated on real estate trends, industry updates, and competitor movements to offer well-informed recommendations to clients.
  • Managing client data: Grow the client base while regularly updating and maintaining the existing database for accurate follow-up and tracking.
  • Lead engagement: Support potential buyers from the first inquiry stage through engagement, up until they are transitioned to the closing team.
  • Target-driven mindset: Work in a performance-focused setting, continuously improving skills and contributing to both personal and organizational growth.
