About the role

The Head of Talent Management will play a critical leadership role in shaping the company's people strategy. They will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development programs, leading organizational learning efforts, and serving as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders. They'll develop a talent roadmap that supports our growth, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures employees are engaged, skilled, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: Talent Management & Learning and Development Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the design and delivery of L&D programs across technical, leadership, and professional skill areas. Identify skill gaps and future capabilities needed; build targeted development initiatives to address them. Oversee succession planning, career frameworks, and high-potential development initiatives. Introduce modern learning platforms, methodologies, and metrics to measure learning impact. Foster a learning culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous feedback mechanisms. HR Business Partnering Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across business units, enabling workforce planning, organizational design, and people development strategies. Partner closely with leaders to manage change, drive performance, and support engagement and retention efforts. Use data-driven insights to influence talent-related decisions and improve employee experience. Support the execution of performance management, leadership assessment, and employee relations initiatives. Align HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring consistency with overall HR strategy and compliance standards. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of L&D specialists and HR business partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams to ensure a cohesive talent experience. Champion organizational values and promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and growth. Skills and Qualification: Progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or software-driven environments. Proven success in designing and executing talent development and L&D strategies. Experience acting as a trusted HR business partner to senior leadership. Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and workforce planning. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Comfortable working with HR analytics and using data to drive strategic decisions. Experience in the automotive or software industries is a strong plus.
