About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Software Developer to join our team in Vehicle Electronics and Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of complex software systems that control various electronic and electrical components in our vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions that meet our high-quality standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop software for vehicle electronic control units (ECUs) and networks - Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality - Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in vehicle systems - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive software industry - Participate in agile development processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development practices Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry - Strong programming skills in C, C++, or other embedded software languages - Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices - Familiarity with automotive bus protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and vehicle electronic systems - Proficient in using software development tools and version control systems - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and teamwork skills
