As part of our team, you will gain insights into the loyalty strategy of existing customers across the entire vehicle lifecycle. What awaits you? As part of your role, you will actively support a wide range of projects to build long-term customer and retailer loyalty across all channels. Together with our team, you will support the development of new marketing strategies and campaigns and oversee their implementation (CRM, online media and POS). You will be involved in planning and incorporating relevant customer support topics into the social media feed, creating briefings, and coordinating implementation and reporting with internal interfaces. In addition, you will help ensure that our Germany-wide dealer and service partner network is always supplied with relevant communication materials in order to implement our campaigns. You will support us in evaluating our marketing campaigns, prepare the results and define learnings from them together with your team. Contributing to the design and analysis of the customer journey within the BMW and MINI online stores for services and accessories rounds off your varied range of tasks. What do you bring with you? Studies in business administration, communication science, ideally with a focus on marketing, or a comparable course of study. First practical experience in the entrepreneurial environment. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word. Fluent German and English skills. Structured working methods and customer orientation. Team and communication skills.
