Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DDC programming using proprietary platforms
- Perform PLC programming using FBD, Ladder Logic, or scripting languages
- Work with BMS communication protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, OPC, etc.
- Collaborate directly with global stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality BMS software solutions
- Interpret sequences of operation, system architecture, and plant schematics
- Troubleshoot HVAC control systems and optimize control loops
- Conduct functionality testing, offline programming, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Ensure timely delivery of defect-free solutions with high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with design and graphics teams for project execution
- Maintain documentation and follow established engineering processes and standards
- Support turnkey solutions for HVAC systems such as AHUs, chillers, boilers, and VAV systems

Additional Information
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a BMS Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
- Good understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Proficiency in programming, logic development, and troubleshooting
- Experience with global or multi-region projects is an advantage
- Familiarity with engineering standards, reporting tools, and workflows
- Ability to work independently and within distributed (offshore) teams across time zones
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
