We are looking for a skilled and motivated BMS Project Engineer to join our growing HVAC Controls team at Uriel Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, and MEP coordination, with the ability to deliver high-quality engineering designs and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BMS Control Submittals and manage project scope to ensure timely delivery.
- Review bid documents and prepare proposals for HVAC Controls.
- Analyze Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to interpret project requirements.
- Select appropriate controllers, field devices, and sensors based on design needs.
- Design Network Risers, Flow Diagrams, Hardware Schedules, and Point-to-Point wiring diagrams.
- Prepare Control Valve Schedules, Damper Actuator Schedules, and Bill of Materials.
- Create Controls Catalogs and finalize Controls Submittal documentation.
- Support commissioning activities and provide assistance during BMS site execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in Building Automation.
- 0–2 years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, or troubleshooting HVAC/BMS Controls.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work efficiently in challenging situations.
